Fallon O’Connor is broken.  His wife has passed on, she had a last request for him.  To be happy and find love again.  Three years out and he has yet to fulfill this request. He is out for revenge for the death of his wife and that is all he is thinking about.  Till he finds a Katie knocked out on his boat.
Katie works for Fallon’s cousin.  She is set to have some documents signed.  The chemistry between the two are instantaneous but, Fallon will fight it every turn.  She brings things out in him he never though he would feel again.  And she see the man under all the pain.  But things may not be all as it seems.  Can there be more secrets then he thought? How much more can he take?  Will she be able to get him to fulfill his promise?

This book is heartbreaking, with humor and drama….I started crying from page one.  Both characters are strong and determined.  Their chemistry is electrifying and the sex scenes….Hot is not a strong enough word but they are not over the top either.  It’s a perfect combination and that is not easy to find in many reads lately.  You just feel for them.  I loved it and cannot wait for the next one.
